Use of 2 ImageBufferMultiRoIDyn with a Parallelity of 32

I tried to design an applet which calculates the Center of Mass from different clusters of points. Therefor i used ImageBufferMultiRoIDyn to cut out the clusters as a sequence and again used ImageBufferMultiRoIDyn to cut out the single points from the cluster.

So far i tested the "cutting out" for the clusters but it only works with the parallelity of 1 instead of 32 even though it worked fine in the simulation. What is wrong with my design ?

The board i use is the me5-MA-VCX-QP and required are at least 500 images/s with a Cam (area scan) resolution of 2336 x 1728.
