mE5 VQ8-CXP6D - How do you output one image data to two DMA?

  • Hello,

Using the mE5 VQ8-CXP6D and one camera, I want to output the original image to one DMA and the binarized image to the other DMA. It does not work if it is designed as in the image below. Is there any other way?

Changed the title of the thread from “mE5 VQ8-CXP6D - How to output images to two DMAs.” to “mE5 VQ8-CXP6D - How do you output one image data to two DMA?”.
  • Hello,

The image simulation after the threshold does show a result.

What makes you think that it does not work?

Have you already changed the threshold, since you are working with 32 bit? It could be that a threshold of 255 does not bring the desired results.

To the best of my knowledge, however, this is how it should work.

    Best regards

    Matthias

  • Hello,

The simulation works fine. As in the attached image, VA files built after design do not work on microDisplay. So, we inquired how to output the image data acquired by one camera in the mE5 VQ8-CXP6D to two DMAs.

    Thank you.
